Looking so prim and proper going to work the day after Cebu's Sinulog Festival.

Clearly had enough of the tribal-ness already that I decided to pick out something so opposite.

Posting a sweater outfit before we leave them for more light-weight choices in 2 months!

Okay, maybe not. 

The sweater/ Cardigan sweaters  has evolved into one of the top ten clothing items that never go out of style. They have been dressed up with ruffles, well placed lace, sequins, and tons of cropped ones in vivid prints and colors.

Wear it with a collar like mine for colder seasons when you feel like playing it preppy, tuck it in your favorite printed shorts and pile on bangles when you do errands during the day, wear it over a bikini and strappys to look laid back on the beach, sport it with a luxe mini skirt and high cut boots on a party, wear it with a pretty dress on a lunch date with the girls, trousers and shades at the airport, or pair an oversized sweater dress with black pumps, a big tote bag, layered short necklaces and a chic bun to work.

Whether you're classic or trendy, sweaters are a good investment, a staple piece. Stock up on them, they can be the best finish to any outfit! :)
